I have thought of you every day since the wedding and about how wonderful everything was!!!!!! It was so so delicious and the presentation was outstanding. SO many people complimented your delicious food, especially the shrimp and grits, well, the meat, also – and they said your staff was outstanding. The crab paninis were amazing, as well as the tarts. Many ranted and raved about them – well, they raved about all of it!!! People also said there was plenty of wait staff, which I know makes a huge difference. I loved the way you picked up the gold on the serving plates on the salad and veggie station. Those were amazing, too! I ate about 30 of the kabobs.
THANK YOU so much for not only doing a superb job of catering, but also for giving me many tips about how to make the reception successful. We were so clueless, and it meant SO much. Oh, please thank that precious Chef Ben for us. He is so talented. I could go on and on. Love you so much!!!!!

I’ve heard many couples say that they don’t even remember the food at their wedding. Not the case with us! The meal was unforgettable people are still talking about it! Not only were the courses delicious, but Holly and Becca (Rebecca Rose Events) fashioned several little details that elevated the meal to a distinctive culinary experience. And the service was impeccable. I worked in fine dining for years and am very particular about presentation and table service. I can’t say a big enough thank you for the stellar service you provided for us during our daughter’s wedding weekend. On Thursday evening, while two-thirds of our guests were 4 hours late due to flight delays out of New York, one-third was right on time and hungry. We watched as Ben and his assistant quickly adjusted food and grilling so that each of our guests were offered fresh, hot, and exceptionally delicious food, regardless of when they arrived.
