The overwhelming success of her classes, along with the hundreds of fabulous recipes she developed, propelled Holly on to the catering scene. Holly Tate Fine Catering is founded on Holly's belief that she can deliver an astonishing event through incredible food and impeccable service at people's homes and the area's most beautiful catering venues.
She has become the premier caterer in the Triad for all occasions- wedding, corporate functions, special event parties, and fund raising dinners. Holly has earned acclaim from brides across Winston-Salem and Greensboro for her unique approach to custom tailoring menus to each client's preferences. She has built an extensive network of wedding service providers including some of the Triad's finest venues, rental services, and florists. These partnerships enable her to assist brides through each step of the wedding planning process.

Before joining Holly Tate Fine Catering, John Marshall founded Charleston, South Carolina's favorite Italian restaurant - Al di La - recognized in numerous publications including Bon Apetit, Gourmet, A Tavola, The Washingtonian, and Charleston Magazine where he still contributes his essays on wine and food.
